SEMINAR: RITE OF SPRING SESSIONS

SEMINAR: Celebrate the centenary of the creation of Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rite of Spring) to music by Igor Stravinsky and designed by Nicolas Roerich.

Join Jane Pritchard curator of dance at the V&A, to see original costumes, accessories, drawings and ephemera relating to Le Sacre du Printemps. The V&A holds a rich collection of material relating to the original controversial productions choreographed by Vaslav Nijinsky (1913) and re-used by Léonide Massine (1920) for Serge Diaghilev’s Ballets Russes.

Please note the seminars take place at Blythe House in Kensington Olympia.
